5 miles north east you will discover Port Isaac (look out for Doc Martin, many of our visitors have seen him filming). You will also find Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and Boscastle in this direction, all within a short drive. 5 miles south east will take you to the town of Wadebridge where you will find all the amenities associated with a larger market town, though this is still not without its charm, you will also find the Camel Trail here. The pretty port of Padstow is only 12 miles drive or quicker if you hop on the foot ferry across the estuary. Bodmin is only a short drive and Newquay can be easily reached just 20 miles away.
